Julie Gobble for House District 6 has a background in business, and is currently earning a Bachelors degree in political science at the University of Texas at Tyler. A resident of East Texas for the past 14 years, Julie has a passion for the community in which she was raised. As a college student, mother and activist, Julie has seen first-hand the way in which the incumbent HD6 Representative has worked for special interests and PACs at the expense of his community's safety and health. Julie will fight for the district to have the things it needs most: access to affordable health care - including prescription drugs and mental health care services - significant investment into public schools, concrete action to reduce senseless gun violence, clean water initiatives, and so much more.
